Refund policy
Returns
We sincerely hope that you love your candle! But in the event that you are unhappy with the product or you have changed your mind, we will refund the cost of the item. Items must be returned unused in original packaging within 14 days of receiving the item. We advise you to return the product using a tracked shipping service, unfortunately we are unable to cover postage costs for returns.
We will be unable to issue any refund if it appears that your candle has not been burned as per our candle care guidelines. We advise that you read the Candle Care Card that accompanies your order before burning your candle.
Damages and issues
When your order arrives please inspect the product and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item. If the item is damaged, please contact us and include a photograph of the damaged product. We will evaluate the issue then offer a refund or exchange.
To start a return contact us at hello@thewildglow.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
